			Product Return			
			
			By Fax
			Fax your request using our RMA request form. 
			We will respond to you promptly by fax/eMail with an RMA number.
			 
			By eMail preferred method, please provide your invoice number 
			and part number, along with problem description. 
			You will be issued an RMA number after the problem is confirmed. 
			By Phone, have your invoice number and part number ready. 
			Call us during office hours. 
			You will be issued an RMA number after the problem is confirmed.

			RMA Numbers Are Important! 
			
						
			On product return, you must put the RMA number 
			clearly on the package. 
			Products must arrive within 14 days from issue of RMA number. 
			Do not despatch products without an RMA number on 
			the package.  Packages without RMA number will be returned to sender unopened 
			at the expense of the sender.

			Warranty Claim Requirements
			
						
			Must provide prepaid freight, insurance and packed to prevent damage.

			Warranty Period/Terms
			
						
			Standard product lifetime warranty for all products for replacement 
			or repair and neither credit nor return will be offered for any product.  
			ACME will at its option, either repair or replace any part
			which, after evaluation and QA testing, is proven to be 
			defective due to improper workmanship/materials. 
			Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided on an exchange basis 
			and will be either new/refurbished/functionally equivalent to replacement.

			Exceptions Not Responsible
			
						
			Mishandling during despatch/shipment.			
			Abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorised repair/modification by owners/users.			
			Not correctly following documentation/instructions.

			Liability Limitation
			
						
			ACME shall in no event be liable to consumers, customers, buyers, any third party for any consequential, 
			indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of 
			business investment, loss of goodwill and/or interference with business relationships. 
			Nor be liable in the event its products cause any damage or result in any shape or form of
			failure of other equipment.
